Shot in August & September 2009 for ARD/German TV. We spent 12 days documenting the building of “The Man” and the Playa. It was very challenging shooting conditions. We had to deal with sand white outs almost every day. Nonetheless it was fascinating discovering this unknown side of American Culture.
