Newsgroup Communications, Inc. is a full-service, award winning video production company owned by a husband and wife team based in the Washington, DC metro area.

Founded in 1992 by Mathieu Mazza, NCI creates long and short form video projects for corporations, broadcasters and cable networks in the US and around the world.  In addition to our corporate and non-profit clients, we are an approved vendor of the World Bank Group and the United Nations.

Tracy Mazza is production manager and vice-president of NCI.  Since 2001 she has been coordinating crews, logistics, billing and demands on personnel.  In addition, Tracy is co-Executive Producer of Sayari, a kids globe trekking show.  She has also produced short pieces for ET, The Insider and for Rachael Ray in addition to corporate pieces for the World Bank Group.

Born in France in 1962, Mathieu obtained his Baccalaureate at the military academy of St. Cyr, and studied law at Universite Paris XIII.

He speaks fluent French and English, and has a good knowledge of German.

Mathieu moved to the US in 1984, and was naturalized in the fall of 2004.  He has traveled widely in Europe, Asia, Central and South America, the Middle East and to over 20 countries in Africa.

Tracy grew up in and around Washington, DC obtaining her liberal arts degree from Salisbury State University.  For nearly 10 years she was a partner in a company that produces special events and trade show signs.

When Tracy and Matt are not working and traveling, they devote their time to their two children.
